It’s not a walk, it’s a hike..

And if everyone would take one every day, we would need a lot less therapy in this world. Especially if you take it with a friend who listens as well as a therapist!

I knew there was a reason I am in a bad mood today…I am going to miss my hike at Valerie’s Countryside Spa. So sad.


  1. I love taking walks–and now that the weather is starting to turn (I’m hoping), I will be spending lots more time outside. Being in the outdoors is healthy in lots of ways.

  2. walking! now that is a new concept! We used to take walks all the time with the children and just appreciate the little things and how God paints. My therapy is cleaning. But, I do love love a girls chat!
