LOVE this!!! So sick of bad press… especially when it’s not true. Can’t these people (FLDS) change their name? Like, MN “Mixed Nuts” or WNM “We’re Not Mormons”?
I’m just glad I’m not the one who has to judge the FLDS. I do feel sad for their children. They are the ones who are hurting the most regardless of their religious beliefs. I find it very interesting that polygamy was associated with the LDS as if they were the only ones practicing it yet I understand that Mormons were a small majority doing so in this country at the time. I asked my history buff if this was true and she said indeed it is. She will give me references next time she reads about it.
